RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Sheree Robinson Knitwear. As our items are made to order, we are unable to offer a refund unless the item you have purchased is faulty.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

You are entitled to a full refund up to 30 days after receiving your goods if they are faulty.  Please contact us via email sheree@shereerobinsonknit.co.uk to request a faulty return.
Please provide your Order Number plus as much information as you can regarding the fault, including images where possible to enable us to advise you quickly and correctly the best method for resolution.
We will contact you in writing to confirm the next actionable steps.
